Subscription Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Lamb Club Australia for your premium, farm-fresh lamb subscription. We’re proud to connect local farmers with families who value quality, transparency, and affordability. Our subscription service is designed to make it easy for you to enjoy top-quality lamb regularly, with flexible plans tailored to suit your household needs.

Before you subscribe, we kindly ask that you take the time to read through our Subscription Terms & Conditions. This will help you familiarize yourself with important details about billing, order fulfillment, and your subscription rights. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone

1. Subscription Overview

  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis, depending on the plan you select.

  • Your subscription payment will be charged on the anniversary date of your initial purchase (e.g., if purchased on the 15th of the month, payments will be processed on the 15th of each billing cycle).

2. Billing & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full prior to each delivery.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Lamb Club Australia to charge your selected payment method automatically on the due date.

  • If a payment fails or is declined, your subscription may be paused or canceled until the payment issue is resolved.

3. Order Fulfillment & Pick-Up

  • Lamb boxes are processed and ready for collection based on your subscription schedule.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with details on when and where to collect your lamb box.

  • It is your responsibility to pick up your order within the designated time frame (typically a 4-day window).

4. Changes to Subscription

  • You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on our website.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

5. Refund Policy

  • Lamb Club Australia does not offer refunds once lamb has been collected.

  • Credit may be offered under Australian Consumer Law if a product is deemed unfit, subject to inspection and customer cooperation.

6. Price Changes

  • Lamb Club Australia reserves the right to update subscription prices. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

7. Communication

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is accurate to receive subscription updates and collection notifications.

8. Subscription Termination

  • Lamb Club Australia may terminate subscriptions for non-payment, repeated payment failures, or any breach of these terms.

  • In cases of termination, any unused subscription credit will be forfeited.
