MONTHLY ORDERING SCHEDULE
Here’s a quick look at how our Lamb Club monthly ordering schedule works so you know when to order and when to expect your fresh lamb box.
🗓️ Monthly Lamb Run Timeline
Place your order by the 15th of each month to be included in the same month’s run.
After the 16th
🐑 We draft out our heaviest lambs and they are then booked into the local abattoir, Mildura Meat Co, and our butcher for processing.
📦 By the last week of each month, your lamb box order is ready for you to pick up - you will be notified via email.
Butchering and boxing is all done through J-R Family Butchers at Irymple!
❗ What if you ordered after the 15th?
No stress, we’ll roll your order into the next month’s run.
Sometimes we put a few extra lambs on the trailer (just in case!) so you might be lucky to get one this month if you were late ordering!

Seth James-Reed, J-R Family Butchers, Irymple Hub
At Lamb Club, we are proudly partnered with award-winning butcher Seth James-Reed, owner/director of J-R Family Butchers, based at Irymple Hub.
With over 7 years of experience in butchery and managing butcher shops, Seth began his career at just 15 years of age in South Australia. In late 2018, he moved to the Sunraysia region, where he has since settled with his young family.
Seth's passion for agriculture and his commitment to working with local farmers and small businesses led him to recently purchase Irymple Butchers, rebranding it to J-R Family Butchers.
Seth’s dedication to quality, craft, and community makes him an essential part of Lamb Club Australia, ensuring that every Lamb Box is butchered to the highest standard.
